Dale Henley established his law practice in Sidney, BC in 1976. In 1980 Dale was joined by Michael Walden as partner. The two served their clients well for over 30 years, providing professional and practical services in personal and business law. Michael has now retired and Dominique Alford, an experienced lawyer who joined the firm in 2009, is now Dale’s partner. Dominique adds her expertise as a corporate, commercial and wills and estates lawyer. Jim Fowler brought his experience in family and estate litigation to the firm in 1993, and with continued success and growth we are happy to welcome Christopher Straub and Michelle Randall to our team.

We also offer different arrangements for payment. Depending on the work, a retainer may be most appropriate, or monthly billing, or billing upon completion of the work.
